Greetings all.

 

This is sent as a reminder to staff that we should not override “In Collection” blocks to extend privileges until the customer’s debt is paid in full.  Please do not extend check out privileges or renewal privileges on an account “In Collection” until the amount owed on the account is settled to $0.00.
