Greetings all.

The online registration form for Computer Use Only cards is broken.  Until it is fixed, please use the Milcirc Computer Use Card templates that are saved in your Milcirc logins.  Please be sure the add address, ID and birthdate information as needed, as these fields may not be set to prompt in the local template.

The HALAN Help Desk will inform you when the online template has been fixed.
