Meeting Rooms

All,

In trying to make the meeting room procedures the same across the group, an issue has come up.

I am asking that we no longer ask customers to present a photo ID for meeting room use. Most locations do not require this and it is not in HPL policy.

In the last week, I know of two customers who were using meeting rooms who left without their ID cards.  Customers must fill out a form with contact information in order to use the rooms and we do not take reservations over the phone, so the ID requirement is not really necessary.

This does include the study rooms at Vinson, which also require a meeting room form. Please also do not take advance reservations for those rooms.

Any change in practice involves adjustment. Please feel free to talk to me about any concerns you may have.

Thanks,
John
