There has been a little confusion regarding the new stats forms on the G Drive.
To review: All programs are now counted twice: once by audience type (adult, teen or children) and once by which of the library’s service priorities they meet (literacy, workforce development, school support, technology and other programs).
All programs must be recorded in both areas. The two areas must total the same each day.
Please also note that we no longer count attendance by the age of the attendees. We just need total numbers. They do not have to be broken down into adults, teens and children.
