Registration is now open for the Evanced Event Module training. This 3 hour training session will be offered May 3rd and May 10th from 9:30am-12:30pm in the Central Concourse Computer Lab.
Starting in June 2013, all library programs and events will be entered using Evanced’s Events module (III’s Program Registration will no longer be used or supported).
Anyone responsible for entering programs or reserving rooms internally should plan to attend one of the two sessions. You will be given your login to Evanced at the training. Please bring a list of your June programs with you to the training to begin entering programs/events.
It is crucial that you attend this training and learn how to enter programs using Evanced. Otherwise your programs will not appear on the website. Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the Virtual Library Services (VLS) Team at hplvirtuallibrary@houstontx.gov.
Please be sure to obtain your supervisor/manager’s approval before registering. Please use the attached spreadsheet to register. Make all changes and updates in RED and submit electronically to HPL Training (hpltraining@houstontx.gov) using a subject line of “Evanced Event Module Training.” Be sure to provide your Last Name, First Name in the spreadsheet.
