New title holds

Hi. 

Many thanks to those of you who have ceased placing holds on materials not yet available to everyone. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, some staff members continue to place holds on titles not yet available to our customers.  I am writing once again to ask those of you who are placing these holds to WAIT until the titles are visible in the public catalog—and to give fair notice that these holds may be subject to deletion when discovered.

Please review my email from earlier this year; it describes the situation and the reasons behind this request.
