Training for the new procedures will begin just after Memorial Day and run intensively throughout the month of June and continue on a regular basis thereafter. Training material will also be available on the Staff Training Portal, and Communications Dept is in the process of to developing a FAQ’s to assist staff in providing clear explanations about the changes and what services will be affected.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns and I will do my best to track down your answer. You can also submit questions directly to the HALAN Migration Project.
