YA shelving at Vinson

Hi Everyone,

    I wanted to update everyone about new shelving procedures for YA Fiction uncatalogued paperbacks at Vinson.  We are no longer separating the YA Fiction uncatalogued paperbacks from the hardbacks.  The paperbacks are now going to be interfiled with the YA hardbacks.  This means that the YA uncatalogued paperbacks will be shelved using the exact system as YA hardbacks.  That means putting the books in alpha order by the Author's last name, then first name, and then title.

As for the YA non-fiction uncatalogued paperbacks they will be shelved at the end of the YA non-fiction section.  These books do not have to be shelved in any particular order.
