Daily Deposit

Hi everyone,

I'll discuss this more at the staff meeting, but Financial Services has asked us to use extra care in preparing the daily deposit. Fortunately, there have been no major issues from our group, but there have been at other locations.

Effectively immediately:

• Both persons preparing the deposit will count the funds being deposited.
• Both persons will sign and print their full names (no initials) on the page. I always add my employee number as well.
