Tagging and Condition

Hi everyone,

Please remember that any item that is received at either of our locations that does not have an RFID tag should get one. They should be affixed as soon as the items arrive.

If an untagged item comes in delivery, it should be tagged before going out on the hold shelf. At Vinson, you can use the second shelf of the tagging cart for those items, making sure they are tagged before delivery processing is finished.

Also, please remember to check every item that is returned for condition. If it is returned in poor condition as would be normal for wear and tear, please set it aside for discards.
