Collection Check Lists

Hi everyone,

Just as when we first started weeding Blue Ridge, we've been asked to complete collection check lists for both locations.

Blue Ridge's lists are relatively short because it was weeded so recently.

Vinson's lists are much larger and will take longer to complete.

For the next week or so, I will suspend shelf reading at both locations so folks can concentrate on this instead.

All items on the list are automatically approved to discard. If they are in good condition, they may be sent to Friends (please use the new Friends stamp instead of the discard stamp for these items).

If an item is marked "last copy", please send it to LMS, attention Sally.

To aid us in this task, please use the Blue Ridge Weeding Form we already have on the blog. There is a new Vinson Weeding Form as well.

As of right now, the Blue Ridge lists are on Craig's desk. The Vinson lists are on the table in the workroom.
