How to Print Attachments on the Public Computers

Try these workarounds when a customer is having problems printing an attachment:

1. Right click on the attachment and select "open in a new window". This will get around the pop-up blocker. 
2. Open the attachment using Firefox, which doesn't have the same pop-up blocker restrictions.
