If the internet has very slow connectivity at your location, it is very helpful to send an email; or call the IT Helpdesk.  Whenever possible, please try to furnish the time of day and the website that the customer is trying to access.  IT has been trouble shooting this issue and identified the cause, however, it may be a few more days before the issue is resolved.

Please apologize to the customer that we are experiencing slow connectivity at this time.  Explain that slow speeds can occur during peak hours for Internet use when customer demand can overload the capacity of our system.  Explain that you will report the slow connectivity to our IT department immediately.  Please follow up with an email; or phone call to the IT Helpdesk. Please thank the customer.

Keep up the good job of trying to make every customer experience a positive one!
