FYI… I know many of you are aware that there has been an issue when customers pay fines through Ecommerce and PayPal accounts. Selected fines are not always credited properly in III after payment has been made by PayPal.
We have been working both with PayPal and III to get this issue resolved and feel we are making progress. In resolving the problem, a PayPal setting change was made today that temporarily removed the option for customers to pay fines using PayPal.
A note to this effect will be added to the Pay Online page where the customer logins and chooses to pay his fines. Until the issue is fixed, customers can still pay fines using credit cards.
We hope to have the PayPal option back soon, but it may require a bit of coding change on the III side, so it may take longer than we would like.
